Moonheld Healing respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. Any information you provide, including your name, contact details and relevant health information, will be kept confidential and stored securely. Your information will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.

~Booking & Payment~

By booking an appointment with Moonheld Healing, you agree to the following:

• At the time of booking, you must either pay a non-refundable deposit or pay for your treatment in full.

• All deposits are non-refundable and are required to secure your appointment.

• If you pay a deposit, the remaining balance is due on the day of your treatment.

• Your appointment is not confirmed until the required payment has been successfully completed through the booking system.

~Cancellations & Rescheduling~

Moonheld Healing operates a strict 48-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy.

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• If you cancel or reschedule with more than 48 hours’ notice, you will not be charged the remaining treatment balance. Your original deposit remains non-refundable.

• If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, the full treatment cost is payable.

• If you have only paid a deposit, the remaining balance will therefore still be due.

• If you have paid in full, no refund will be issued for cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours.

By booking, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.

~Late Arrivals & No Shows~

• Please arrive at your agreed appointment time.

• If you arrive late, your treatment may need to be shortened to avoid affecting the next client.

• Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be treated as a missed appointment.

• No-shows and missed appointments are charged at the full treatment cost.

• If only a deposit has been paid, the remaining balance will still be payable.

~Location & Arrival~

Moonheld Healing is based within a private garden treatment studio in Bourton-on-the-Water.

• The full address will be provided once your appointment has been confirmed.

• Please do not knock on the main house door.

• On arrival, ring the doorbell located at the side gate to the right of the house, where you will see the Moonheld Healing sign.

• Please wait at the gate and I will come to greet you.

• Please do not enter the private garden or treatment studio unless invited to do so.

~Parking~

• Roadside parking is available on the surrounding residential streets.

• Please do not park within the enclosed residents’ parking areas, as these spaces are reserved for residents.

~Female-Only Client Policy~

Moonheld Healing is a female-only treatment space.

• Massage, facial and bodywork treatments are available to female clients only.

• Male clients may book Reiki healing.

• Male clients may only book other treatments where they have been personally referred by a trusted massage therapist or practitioner known to Moonheld Healing.

• Bookings made outside of this policy will be cancelled and refunded.

This policy is in place to protect the personal boundaries, safety and comfort of the practitioner and clients within a private home-based treatment environment. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to respect this policy.

~Age Policy~

Clients must be 16 years or older to receive treatments at Moonheld Healing.

~Health & Treatment Safety~

• You agree to provide accurate and relevant health information before receiving treatment.

• Please disclose any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, pregnancy or other information that may affect your treatment.

• It is your responsibility to inform Moonheld Healing of any changes to your health before your appointment.

• If you are unwell or experiencing symptoms of illness, please contact Moonheld Healing before attending your appointment.

Moonheld Healing may adapt, postpone or decline a treatment where it is considered necessary for the safety or wellbeing of the client or practitioner.

~Behaviour & Right to Refuse Treatment~

Moonheld Healing reserves the right to refuse or immediately terminate a treatment if a client behaves in a disrespectful, inappropriate, sexual, threatening or unsafe manner.

If a treatment is terminated due to inappropriate behaviour, the full treatment cost will remain payable.

Moonheld Healing also reserves the right to refuse future bookings where necessary to protect the safety, wellbeing and boundaries of the practitioner and clients.

~Agreement~

By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to Moonheld Healing’s booking terms and policies, including the payment, cancellation, client and behaviour policies above.

You also confirm that the information you provide in relation to your treatment and health is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
